Serious Shorts

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-10-10

Who we are

Serious Shorts (studio.getjump.me) is a small independent video studio. Contact: pthecreator534@gmail.com.

Scope

This policy covers (1) this website and (2) the Serious Shorts uploader, a private tool that the studio runs on its own computer to manage the studio's own YouTube channels. The uploader has no users other than the studio itself.

This website

The website does not use cookies, analytics or trackers, and does not collect personal data. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may log your IP address under Google's own policy. If you email us, we use your email only to reply.

Google user data accessed by the uploader

The uploader uses YouTube API Services with these OAuth scopes, granted only by the studio for its own channels:

If channel statistics are enabled later, the uploader will read aggregate metrics (views, watch time, retention) of the studio's own videos via the YouTube Analytics API.

How the data is used

Storage and security

OAuth tokens are stored only on the studio's computer, in files readable by the owner account only. They are never shared or transmitted anywhere except to Google's APIs. Working logs are kept locally for up to 90 days and then deleted.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share Google user data with third parties. The only transfer is the comment classification described above, which goes to Google's own API.

Revoking access and deletion

Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions or through the Google security settings page. To ask us to delete any data related to you, such as a comment we stored in our logs, email pthecreator534@gmail.com; we delete it within 7 days.

YouTube and Google policies

The uploader uses YouTube API Services. By interacting with our channels you are also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Children

Our videos are not made for children, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We will post any change on this page and update the date above.
